How do I get access to Sentrilock?

New Members:  First you must join the Cecil County Board of REALTORS® to get access. Once you have been processed as a new member, you will receive an email confirmation to schedule an appointment to get your access. The agreement can be completed when you come into our office or you can download and bring it with you to the appointment.

Existing Members:  IF you need a replacement card or card reader, stop by the association office.

How much does Sentrilock cost?

The annual fee is $180.00 for both the card and the card reader. Payment can be made via credit card or check.

My card has stopped working, been lost, or has been stolen. What should I do?

If you card is not working, call Sentrilock at 513-618-5800. If they determine that the card is defective, they will refer you to CCBOR at which time, a new card will be issued free of charge. If the card is physically damaged or has been stolen, the cost to replace the card is $10.00 and the cost to replace the card reader is $20.00.

How do I get a lockbox?

Lockboxes can only be attained from your broker as they are leased and provided to the brokers only.

How do access a non-Bluetooth lockbox using the app on your phone?

  1. Select the property that you are gong to show.
  2. Once you select that listing, there is a drop-down box at the bottom entitled "MAC" for a non-Bluetooth box.
  3. Type in the serial number of the lockbox.
  4. A code will be generated for you to input into the box.
